You can cancel your subscription at any time; simply select "User Info" from the menu in your fitness calendar, click the "Subscription" tab and follow the cancellation instructions. An email will also be sent to you upon subscribing explaining how to cancel.
For your convenience your subscription will be automatically renewed on the Renewal Date until you cancel your subscription.
When you subscribe for the first time you will see a screen that states the "Date of first payment". This relates to the date of your first renewal NOT first payment. "Amount now due" relates to the payment that is due immediately.
We use WorldPay to securely process online subscription payments. Their service called "Futurepay" is used to handle automatic renewals securely. You will be sent an email by WorldPay each time your subscription is renewed to notify you of
the transaction.
If you cancel your subscription, your access will stop at the end of the subscription period you have paid for.
