Theo Wood, the celebrity personal trainer and former Lancashire & Young England cricketer, has launched a new fitness company.
The business began trading today and offers bespoke fitness training and dietary advice via it's team of highly experienced personal trainers, plus a state of the art online fitness system.
The personal training service, which operates throughout the North West of England, is delivered to clients in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. Corporate fitness and sports training is also available in offices and sports grounds respectively.
However, clients who don't live within the North West can also benefit from expert fitness advice through the company's online personal trainer, which designs specific training programmes based on the individual's goals, ability and fitness kit.
Theo Wood Limited is also an agent for Technogym, manufacturers of the World's finest home gymnasium equipment. In addition to supplying high quality fitness kit, the company can also offers a design service, which enables clients to create there own home wellness space.
