The PowerBlock Sport Bench with Dip Attachment is ergonomically designed with tapered cushions and separate seat & back pads to provide maximum support and comfort.
The seat can be adjusted down when in the incline positions to prevent you from slipping forward. The bench has five different positions, adjusting from flat to 30ᵒ, 45ᵒ, 60ᵒ and upright.
This version also incorporates a unique dip attachment that allows you to perform dips at the back of the Sport Bench. The maximum user weight of the dip attachment is 114 kg.
When in the flat position, the bench pad is 16” from pad to floor, the total length is 50” and the widest point (back leg) is 21”.
