I don't have any exercise equipment, so how can you get me fit at home?
Your personal trainer will bring all the required fitness kit to give you a fun, safe and effective workout every time. You don't need much space as your personal trainer will use his or her fitness expertise to provide great exercise sessions, designed to surpass all your health and fitness goals.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from £30 per workout, depending on how many sessions you book in advance. We operate a block booking system, which gives you the choice of buying either 5, 10 or 20 sessions. The more sessions you book, the cheaper each session becomes. You can also work with either a 'Personal Trainer', or a 'Senior Personal Trainer' and this also affects the session price. How do I get started?
The first stage in the process is to arrange a free personal trainer consultation. We use this initial meeting to assess your fitness levels and to discuss your objectives so that we can develop a fitness plan that is appropriate for you. You then choose when, where and how often you want to train – easy!
