Fitness Tip | THE ULTIMATE EXCUSE KILLER
It's hard to get motivated to exercise, especially if you aren't confident about getting into shape. Instead of putting it off though, try the 10 minute rule. Tell yourself if you commit to 10 minutes of exercise and still don't want to finish it, you're free to quit with no strings attached.
The result: this excuse killer tricks you into exercising even if you don't have the motivation. Most people who use this rule keep on exercising after the 10 minute mark because the exercise motivates them to continue.
Even if you quit exercising after 10 minutes, this short period of activity is still better than no minutes of exercise, even if it is a leisurely stroll in the park.
