Q. Where is your personal training service available?

Q. Do you offer gift vouchers?

Q. Ok, but why should I use your personal training service?

Q. What are the benefits of personal training?

A. There are many benefits from working with a well qualified personal trainer. Listed below are just some of the reasons why personal training may be right for you:-

  • Motivation
One of the main reasons why people benefit from personal training is that they often lose the motivation to keep exercising. A good personal trainer will provide structure and accountability, and help you develop a healthier lifestyle.
  • Tailored program
If you have any chronic health conditions, injuries or training goals (such as running a marathon etc), a personal trainer will design a safe and efficient program that takes into account your specific needs which will enable you to reach your health & fitness goals.
  • Efficiency
Personal trainers help you to focus on results, which prevent you from wasting time doing inefficient workouts. A personal trainer will help you get to maximum results in minimum time.
  • Improve technical skills
If you play a particular sport, a personal trainer will help you to improve your skill by showing you new training techniques that are specific to your sport. Our personal trainers will incorporate skills training into your program so you don’t only improve your strength and endurance, but also your agility and mental focus as well.
  • You are new to exercise
If you are an absolute beginner, personal training is a must. A good personal trainer will introduce you to a simple yet effective routine which will give you the confidence and knowledge to become fitter and healthier.
  • Break through plateaus
If you are stuck in the same routine which has led your progress to plateau, a personal trainer is the perfect solution. Personal training will kick start not only your motivation, but also your routine as well.
  • Learn how to go it alone
If you ultimately want to learn all the facets of designing your own routines so that you don't need to use a personal trainer, going for a few months may be all you need. All good personal trainers will teach you the basics of building and modifying a fitness program to achieve maximum results.
  • Workout Safely
A personal trainer watches your form, monitors your development and can provide objective feedback about your limits and strengths. Most of us tend to ignore some of the subtle signals that our bodies provide. We either push through pain or give up too soon. Because a personal trainer can watch what you are doing while you are doing it, they can help you to push or slow down as necessary.
  • Lose Weight
There is a good reason why people take on a personal trainer to lose weight and get into shape – because it works! If you have made a resolution to get fitter and healthier, a good personal trainer can help you to achieve all your goals.

Q. How does your personal training service work?

A. It's simple! All you need to do is book in for a Free Consultation so that we can get all the necessary information from you to design a fitness programme that is tailor made to your specific requirements. This consultation usually lasts between 15 and 20 minutes, and is based around our health & lifestyle questionnaire.

During the consultation, we will find out everything we need to know, such as any medical conditions you may have, what your objectives are, the time frame you want to achieve these goals in, how many times a week you want to train etc.

Once we've gathered this information to build your personal health & fitness profile, you will then be assigned a dedicated personal trainer who will help you to achieve all your health and fitness goals - wherever and whenever you want!

Q. Are your personal trainers sufficiently qualified?

A. Yes! All our personal trainers are fully insured and qualified to at least Level 3 standard on the Register of Exercise Professionals, which hopefully gives you peace of mind that you're in a safe pair of hands.

 Q. Where do I have my personal training sessions?

A. Wherever you want! Most of our clients have their personal training sessions at home, which is both convenient and time saving, as you don't need to travel anywhere to get fit.

However, should you wish to have your personal training elsewhere, such as at the office or local park, this is fine too.

If you are a member of a health club, we are also happy to offer our personal training service there, although most gyms (especially health club chains) do not allow external personal trainers to use their facilities. Therefore, please check your health club's policy on external personal trainers if this is your preferred option.

Q. Do I need my own fitness equipment or a big house to use your personal training service?

A. Absolutley not! We will bring all the necessary exercise kit to get you fit, such as portable weights, step boxes, hook & jab pads, swiss balls, kettlebells, bosu's, resistance bands and so on. But if you do have your own equipment, that's great too - we'll incorporate this into your routines so you can workout between personal training sessions using the techniques you've learned.

And you don't need much space at all as our personal trainers have both the experience and creativity to work in any house - big, medium or small.

Q. How much does it cost and how do I pay?

A. Our personal training sessions start from £30, depending on how many sessions you book in advance and the experience of the personal trainer you choose to work with.

We offer the choice of paying for either single sessions or in blocks of either 5, 10 or 20 sessions, and these are paid for in advance using a credit or debit card. View our personal training price list

Q. I'm not fit and don't have much exercise experience - can I use your personal training service?

A. Of course you can! Our client portfolio is extremely diverse, and we work with a wide variety of clients of differing age, gender, ability and experience - all of whom have their own specific objectives.

So whether you're competely new to exercise, not worked out for years, need help with your existing routine or perhaps you are a high-end professional athlete...we can help you.

Q. How many personal training sessions do I need, and how often should I have them?

A. We work with each client in a different way, so some people may use our personal training service for a few weeks to reach a goal such as getting 'beach ready' for their upcoming holiday, whilst others may work with our personal trainers for years because our service has become an integral part of their lifestyle.

How often you train is also entirely up to you, but we will advise you on an appropriate frequency during the Free Consultation.

Different people use us in different ways. For example, some clients may see a personal trainer once a month and then follow the programme we give them in between sessions, whereas others will use our service three, four or even five times a week so they don't need to think about exercise whilst we're not there!

Obviously there will be certain factors such as time, objective and budget that will influence how you use our service. The great thing is that we can adapt your training plan to suit your needs exactly.

Q. Where is your personal training service available?

A. We offer our personal training service throughout the Midlands and the North of England. View the Areas We Cover to see if we operate in your town or village.

Q. Do you offer gift vouchers?

A. Yes we do. To treat a loved one to the gift of fitness, simply click here. Our gift vouchers can either be emailed or posted direct to the lucky recipient, or to another address if you would prefer.

Q. Ok, but why should I use your personal training service?

A. We could, of course, boast about the experiences we have gained from being in the business of personal training for longer than a decade.

But don't take our word for it. Instead, why not read some of our client testimonials from just a small selection of the people we've helped over the years: View our client testimonials
