Diet Tip | FAST FOOD IS BAD - FALSE!
Everyone speaks about the evils of fast food, ranging from McDonald's super-sized meals to the high fat and caloric content of other fast food temptations. But fast food can be diet-friendly if you choose healthier meals, such as grilled sandwiches, salads with light dressing or smaller portions of your favourite high-calorie snacks.
You can also customize your meal to remove common calorie busters, such as cheese, extra dressing or brown sauce. Bonus Tip: Add healthy toppings, such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions or a drizzle of mustard to make it more nutritious. This will also fill you up faster, therefore reducing the temptation to order a side portion of chips.
If resisting a meal of fish 'n' chips is too great, though, it's okay to indulge occasionally. Just don't let it become a habit.
