Instead of relying on fatty, cream-based sauce to make your meal more palatable, spice it up with a sprinkling of crushed black pepper.
Black pepper contains natural antibiotic properties, improving digestion and reducing the bloating and abdominal pain associated with poor digestion. It also contains piperine, a spicy alkaloid that boosts fat metabolism - a factor that may improve weight loss.
