
Diet Tip | EMBRACE THE COLOUR BLUE
Researchers are not sure why, but numerous studies have shown that people who eat on blue plates consume less, compared to those who ate their meals off red, orange or yellow plates.
They hypothesise the plate's colour affects the person's mood, causing them to eat more or less.
However, you shouldn't solely depend on the colour of your plate in order to lose weight. Healthy eating habits and exercise go a long way for promoting healthy, steady weight loss.
Yet it won't do any harm to start serving some of your meals on light blue plates - just don't depend on it.
Studies also indicate that eating on smaller plates is another method for reducing how much you eat during mealtimes.
