
Diet Tip | EAT AFTER TRAINING
Whenever possible, try to schedule the end of your workout prior to having a main meal, whether that's just before breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Why? Because your body is primed to receive high quality foods shortly after exercise, and will use these nutrients to aid the repair and recovery process.
Metabolism is also significantly elevated after a strenuous workout, and so calories are processed more efficiently and effectively in this "Window of Opportunity".
