Diet Tip | DRINK WATER, EAT LESS
Drinking water quells appetite and can prevent the onset of hunger pangs when blood sugar drops. If you're still ravenous after eating a meal, then try brushing your teeth and drinking a glass of water. Hunger after a meal is often driven by your taste buds and so cleaning your palate reduces this effect, whilst drinking water fills up your stomach giving you satiety.
Water is also the best choice for rehydration, which can be another reason for feeling famished as your body craves energy.
