Having initially dictated to my trainer what I was and wasn’t going to do in our sessions, and that “I didn’t do running“, or indeed do various other exercises that were to be performed in our sessions, it soon became very apparent that I was in for a big shock! My wife and I have had the benefit of training with Theo Wood Fitness for over 8 years. Over this time our trainer has sat me down and given me “warnings” that I am not taking things seriously - only a couple of times - and this feels like being back at school (I hate anyone telling me what to do!!), but you know that Theo Wood are serious about what they do and get personal job satisfaction when you achieve your own objectives.
One of my goals was to run a marathon and Theo Wood guided my wife and I through a training plan that allowed me to break 4 hours (my goal) and complete the New York marathon in 3 hrs 48 sec. If you are serious about achieving goals, then you must choose Theo Wood!” |
